MORE 2nd day Kuwait

2nd to last day kuwait

We ended up just going to the comp in the morning, there was no need to stay on the gay beach any longer. We went to a few spots that evan and i had found a day before but nothing went down. The only good thing that happened that day was the epic restaurant we ate at for lunch nestled deep with the kuwait city souk.

Oh yeah during the night we skated a pretty sick spot and Marcoux got a photo, but you will have to wait to see it. holler.

Kuwait Final day

The day of the

 finals we woke up early to get ready for a full day of "extreme" fun. I made all the riders stretch so that they could all perform to there greatest abilities..... but actually this didn't happen. Anyways, when we got to the park everyone worked on there lines, some more then others, and before we knew it the comp was underway. Of course evan, colm, and marcoux killed the event so we all knew who the top three where:

 1st Evan Collisson

2nd Colm Noonan

3rd Marc Marcoux

As for the prizes they received sucked. I dont even want to talk about it. All i can say is that the French are cheap.

As for all the other events they were pretty entertaining. You have the Jap brothers in halfpipe, the champion FMXer, and best of all the BMX dirt jump riders. Out of all three of these events the best one to watch was the BMX dirt jump. The reason for this was because some local BMXer thought that he could do the jumps but ended up just braking his arm.....

All in all, the trip was a great time and we will probably be back there soon to skate the virgin skate spots. holler

Russian Photographer

This blog entry is dedicated to Andrey Khalashnakov. He does wonders with the camera. Personally, i have never seen anyone put more time into his photos then home boy.  Even though he has pretty shitty english he still has us on the ground laughing with his russian humor. BBQ DAY

It was a late day for most of us, we just couldn't get our acts together. We started off with a session at Cannon's where some shit went down, but nothing to write home about. Then we headed off to our BBQ at the skatepark where all the homies chilled and some high-end bbq cuisine. SWAGGER

Peanut

Well today we had a special guest, PEANUT. One of the newer skaters here in ADtown (abu dhabi), Peanut is a killer dude on and off the board. After spending a day with the "NUT" we all learned alittle something about ourselves. I hope that we can all hang with Peanut in the future. Thank you homie for a great day!
